About the Directory
Welcome. This provider directory was created specifically for members of our 1000 CLUB. It's our (Clinics IV Life) small way of saying thank you to the doctors for supporting maternal care through our charity and for contributing to the delivery of care to the disadvantaged communities we serve. You can click on either logo below to learn more. Page down for more patiient and provider information
For Patients
Patients can search for doctors in the United States and Canada. As Clinics IV Life expands into other countries, these will be added to the directory. You can apply filters to screen for doctors in your area, search by specialty, and even choose if you'd prefer to be treated by a male or female doctor.

Love the service you received from a doctor? Leave a review to say thank you. Other patients find these reviews really helpful in selecting a reliable care provider and good reviews boost a doctors listing.
You can contact a doctor directly from the directory, using our contact form alongside the listing or call or email on the details provided. A copy of your message will forward to your email.
For Doctors
For doctors wanting to list their practice, please register first on the site (free) and then select a Subscription Package. Your payment goes to Clinics IV Life and is a donation. As a 501(c)(3) registered charity, these donations are tax deductible to the full extent of the law. You'll also automatically be enrolled in the 1000 CLUB and we'll email you an invitation to the closed group on LinkedIn where doctors contribute their ideas and thoughts to the delivery of maternal care.
If you signed up for the 1000 CLUB on the Clinics IV Life site, you still need to register here to access the directory listings, and can then use the voucher coupon we emailed you to "pay" for your subscription.
