We offer two identical membership plans for doctor wanting to join The 1000 Club. Why the different pricing? In a nutshell, affordability. Your payment takes the form of a donation to Clinics IV Life, a 501(c)(3) charity and we know not every doctor can afford the $1000 donation, so we offer an optional discounted fee of $500. Details below. If you've received a voucher coupon you can apply it at checkout.

Listing in this directory is subject to the following terms
1. Directory listings are restricted to qualified medical professionals. By subscribing you confirm that you are entitled by U.S or Canadian law to represent yourself as a practicing doctor.
2. Doctors agree that their license to practice medicine in the state in which they operate is current, not subject to investigation or withdrawn.
3. To protect patients, Clinics IV Life requires doctors listed in this directory to forward a current copy of their state issued approval or licensure to practice. Please email this to [email protected] within 7 days of placing your listing. Listings that do not comply will be removed and accounts terminated.
